I am trying to bodybuild but it is more like figure building rather than building muscle. I have been told to eat about 40% of my body weight in protein and no more thatn 25 grams of fat a day. Any suggestions on suppliments or food options?

Ive been working out for a couple months now, 3 times a week and have been seeing only so-so results. The problem is that although my strength has benn increasing slowly, it hasnt been showing.
Can someone give me a workout routine for each of the three days i lift a week? I want to be ripped! Im sick of these slow, sub-par results!
also, any diet advice (protein, calories, etc.)?

I have tried lifting with and without supplements and have seen minimal to no difference with or without them. Do we really need bodybuilding supplements to build muscles? What about Protein ? Do we really need to take 1 gram of it per pound of body weight?
